Join Atlanta History Center as we celebrate the opening of Goizueta Children’s Experience! Opening Day will include hands-on interactive activities in the atrium for children to explore beyond the Goizueta Children’s Experience walls, including designing a mural to go inside the experience, fossil creations, and puppet making. There will also be take-home bags with Goizueta Children’s Experience related merch available.

Join us as we commemorate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and celebrate the women who have shaped the Civil Rights Movement in Atlanta and beyond! Learn the stories of women who made great changes, working alongside Dr. King to realize his dream for a more just society through education, government, the arts, and more. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in civil rights-themed trivia, kids’ activities, curated exhibits, a panel discussion, and more.
